3 Great Places To Get Free Images

Frankly speaking, a text-only blog post could be pretty dull. To make things more interesting, a couple of colourful images could always spice up a posting. Here I would like to share with you some of my favourite websites that you can download for free.

Pexels – The first one got to be Pexels. Their licensing is straightforward. All photos and videos are free to use. You can modify the images in any way you want. Attribution is not required. But it’s always nice to give credit to the photographer.

Burst – Burst is a free stock photo platform provided by Shopify. Similar to Pexels, The images are free for commercial and noncommercial purposes. You don’t need to attribute to the contributor, but Burst encourages users to attribute the contributor if possible. Just hit a button and easily copy the code of the credit info.

SockSnap.io – Images there are free to download, free to edit, and free to use even in a commercial project. Same as the above, you are not required to sign in to become a member to download; just search, select and download the one you like.

Indeed, many other free images sites exist, but some have too many ads or are not entirely free. Some have lengthy licensing restrictions or require a member registration to download anything.
