If you want Voice chat, the only option is the Corp package which costs $10 per seat per month. Some of the Premium features include chat queues, predesigned themes, GEO IP localization, typing indicator and such.
Both Plus and Corp package offer 14 days trial period. Free package comes with text chat, 1 chat channel only.
Ok, now I get it. Did you see the pattern? There is no free voice chat WordPress plugin, 14 days trial is standard. If text live chat is all you need, maybe you can check out Tawk.to and WP Live Chat, both have a record of over 20,000 active installs.
